I’ve experienced first-hand that some mental health stigmas make us feel defective, flawed or shamed which can make it difficult to reach out for the help we deserve. I commit to providing a space where you feel valued, heard and believed. Successful, beneficial therapy happens when we become present and connected to who we are and our past.

Many people come to therapy from places where they feel they are stuck. So what do we do? We share in your story and empower you. We create space for you to look at yourself through a kinder, more compassionate and accurate lens. We learn what beliefs and thoughts are not serving you well and help you to make the changes you need to feel more whole.

Depending on your needs and preferences, Roxanne offers both traditional office sessions and the option to incorporate equine therapy sessions into your treatment plan.
